However, I noticed that maker’s iprscan_batch, iprscan_wrap, ipr_update_gff and iprscan2gff3 are not compatible with this new version of IPR. Is there a
workaround available or is the script easy to modify to suit the new version?<o:p></o:p></p></div></div></div>
