<div dir="ltr">Hi all,<div><br></div><div>I successfully ran MAKER and now looking into rescuing rejected gene models using protein domain evidence. I have obtained the tsv file from interproscan and have also updated the GFF3 file with this result using ipr_update_gff. In the next step I will need <a href="http://quality_filter.pl">quality_filter.pl</a> script to generate the default and standard build, however this script is not included in my version of MAKER. Do you know where can I get this script? </div><div><br></div><div>Thanks.</div><div>Tuan<br clear="all"><div><br></div>
