<div dir="ltr">Hi all<div><br></div><div>The MAKER wiki page "<a href="http://weatherby.genetics.utah.edu/MAKER/wiki/index.php/Repeat_Library_Construction-Advanced">Repeat Library Construction - Advanced</a>" describes running scripts CRL_Step1.pl, CRL_Step2.pl, etc. I've downloaded MAKER versions 2.31.8 and 3.0.0, but these scripts don't seem to be there. Are they distributed with MAKER or separately. Does anybody know where to find them?</div><div><br></div><div>Thanks!</div><div><br></div><div>Rob Syme</div><div>Research Associate</div><div>Curtin University</div></div>
