I used my splited-genome, protein, ESTs and RNA-seq to make the first alignment( est2genome=1, <span style="font-family: "" microsoft="" yahei="" ui'";="" font-size:="" 14px;="" color:="" rgb(0,="" 0,="" 0);="" background-color:="" rgba(0,="" font-weight:="" normal;="" font-style:="" normal;text-decoration:="" none;'="">AED_threshold=0.2 </span>). </div><div> 3. Merge the maker.*_.master_datastore_index.log to get all the paths of results.</div><div> 4. gff_merge script to merge all the results in different dirs.</div><div><br></div><div> <b>However, there is no results returned.
