[maker-devel] MAKER 2.26

FYI. MAKER is now updated to 2.26.

*Improvements with very long alignments.
*Fixes for installation when using the Local::Lib module.
*Other minor bug fixes.
*There is also an option to better handle false merging of genes in fungi
caused by overlapping UTR  (mRNAseq reads get misassembled by things like
trinity and cufflinks).
