[maker-devel] Transcriptome assembly annotation?

Never tried it, but I think I would probably just skip maker and perhaps
do something like run cufflinks or trinity followed by intperproscan and
blast2go.  There is a wrapper for interproscan packaged with MAKER that
might be useful.
