[maker-devel] Merging gene predictions....

Hi,
I am trying to install MAKER in centOS. I was able to install all the perl deps. and external programs. Perl Build.pl and ./Build Install went with out errors/warnings. I did not enable MPI though.

But, when i start Maker it returs "segmentation fault". 

I have no clue whats going wrong....or where to check for error logs? 

Any help would be appreciated,
