[maker-devel] InterProScan v5

My department has maker.2-10 and InterProScan 5R6 installed on a cluster for users. However, I noticed that maker's iprscan_batch, iprscan_wrap, ipr_update_gff and iprscan2gff3 are not compatible with this new version of IPR. Is there a workaround available or is the script easy to modify to suit the new version?
