[maker-devel] maker2jbrowse implementation

Hi Carson and Robert,

Thank you for your feedback on this!  Carson, could you describe the set up
a little more?  For instance, are you running the script in a specific
location in the JBrowse directory?  I seem to be running into the same
problem as Robert.
