[maker-devel] ERROR: Could not obtain lock to format database

The hard disk where I tried MAKER is about 2TB in size.
TMP was not set to an NFS mounted or a tmpfs location and was empty before
analysis.
The hard disk where TMP directory was located at was about 2TB in size.
