[maker-devel] Non-standard genetic code

It's not possible yet.  It is one of the things we have on a list to do.
It's not a small task either to make the necessary changes to the code, as
the codon usage affects blastx alignments, exonerate protein2genome
alignments, ab initio gene prediction, gene extension/boundary polishing,
and UTR addition.  So the changes have to go into many many locations.
