We are using v2.26. We recreated the gff3 file and I can now get gene
predictions to show up using the pred_gff file as input for the gene set.
The naming is not maintained with the map_forward=1 as I would expect,
just the source field in the input gff file is added to the new maker
name. If I change the input to a model_gff file I still do not get
predictions in the maker gff file.
