[maker-devel] issue with forks module

I've been running into all kinds of issues with the implementation of forks
in GMOD. I repeatedly get this error when running an MPI run of Maker:

Use of each() on hash after insertion without resetting hash iterator
results in undefined behavior at
/data2/local_installs/perls/perl-5.18.1/lib/site_perl/5.18.1/x86_64-linux/
forks.pm line 1736.

I had to install an alternative version of perl with perlbrew but
everything seemed to work on the test data sets. Any thoughts on what might
be the issue? Or if this is even an issue that would affect results?
