[maker-devel] Fwd: AED plot

Hi Maker authors,

I am new to using Maker. I have a few basic questions.

I have the maker annotation complete and I ran the

gff3_merge -n -d genome_master_datastore_index.log -  to create the gff file

After that, I used the script  AED_cdf_generator.pl to obtain the AED plot,
while I get the error:


Use of uninitialized value $total in division (/) at ./AED_cdf_generator.pl
line 43.
Illegal division by zero at ./AED_cdf_generator.pl line 43.

I parsed my gff file as:
AED_cdf_generator.pl -b 0.025 maker.gff

Could anyone please help me with this error? Thank you. It looks like no
value is parsed to the variable total, but I am not able to decipher why.
