I am Anindyajit Banerjee, a research scholar from CSIR-IICB, India. I am trying to convert the fgenesh output to gff3 format for the further input in EVM. However I am encountering the error while doing so. Could you suggest me any possible way to do so. I hereby attach a test output for fgenesh
