[maker-devel] Setting up database for any gff3 input

Hello,

I try several runs of Maker, changing the options to check the differences in output.

I was wondering if I can avoid the « Setting up database for any gff3 input » step when repeating a run which different options but same inputs ?
This step is very long since I have many gff3 files...

This database is in a folder of the run 1 that I could put in the output directory to skip that step for the run 2 ?
