[maker-devel] Run Maker on a single scaffold

After a contig fails, MAKER will automatically retry it up to a certain number of times.  If it hits the maximum retry count, a fasta file for just that contig will be created in the contig output directory. You can just copy that and use it as your genome= fasta or use it with the -g option n MAKER.
