[maker-devel] Setting up database for any gff3 input

Hi Muriel, 

You can keep the result of your different runs in a gff3 file created. Then you can change the options of maker and rerun it on the same maker output directory with the new options. I believe that this should avoid  recreating the gff3 database from run to run. I hope that this answers your question. Please let us know if there was something I misunderstood.
