[maker-devel] functional annotation

Hi,

What file from the Maker output do you use for the functional annotation?
The fasta part of the XXX.all.gff?

I'll probably be using BLAST and InterProScan. I tested B2go (basic
version), good stuff but it is annoyingly slow.
