[maker-devel] Maker-P vs. Maker

Actually the code bases have been merged.  So if you use the most recent version of MAKER, the plant extensions for RNA annotation and extra analysis scripts from MAKER-P will be there.  If you don’t need them, then just don’t turn the options on in the control files.
