[maker-devel] Ability to process transcriptomes from different assemblers

Hello, I have several tissues that I have assembled with two different
transcriptome assemblers and I was wondering, should I feed these different
assemblies directly into MAKER? Or should I use something like evidence
modeler to combine them first? Thanks.
