[maker-devel] Alternative genetic code

Hello there,

I noticed on the google group that someone has asked about using an 
alternative genetic code with Maker.  Has such a function been 
implemented on the newer versions of Maker?  I understand that this is 
not a straight-forward task. I am interested in using Maker on a genome 
that using code 6.
