[maker-devel] Maker Install Issue

Hi Jacqueline,
mpi_iprscan and mpi_evaluator are accessory scripts made for a very specific system and purpose (development related). They are not a core part of the MAKER pipeline, are undocumented, and should be ignored.
The script you use to run MAKER is …/maker/bin/maker
It is MPI enabled, and you can call it directly or via mpiexec.
