[maker-devel] MAKER Exonerate Error

Hello,

I am currently running MAKER version 2.31.8 using MPI but I keep getting the following error when running Exonerate:

Attached is the Error log  and the maker_opts.ctl file. Do you know a workaround this problem? I would really appreciate your help.
