[maker-devel] MAKER Error ; BLASTX does not appear to be finished in Widget::blastx::keepers

MAKER auto-retries after any failure. It looks like something happened to BLAST and then it retried. No indication that anything went wrong the second time. You can check the datastore logs to see if the contigs status is listed as FINISHED.
