[maker-devel] Maker with alternative Ests only

Dear Maker developers,


Is it possible to run maker with alternative ESTs only? I have tried it 
but have an error:

> ERROR: You must provide some form of EST evidence to use est2genome as 
> a predictor.

Should I run maker with est2genome=0? But then is it using the altest I 
provided?
