[maker-devel] Illegal division by zero while polishing ESTs

It’s obtaining a sequence length of zero. You may have empty entries in your sequence file. Look at the STDERR and the ID of the sequence causing the issue will be in the command name. It may be as simple as editing and removing it from your input file.
