[maker-devel] Installation failing due to pg_config

To whom it concerns,

I'm running the command ./Build installdeps. It fails because it asks for
the path to a file called pg_config, so it appears to be a dependency for
Maker, yet isn't installed by the installdeps script. Do I need to manually
install this program?
