[maker-devel] Issues with AED_cdf_generator.pl

It’s looking for _AED= attribute for each mRNA feature. If the other file does not have that set, then it will be empty, and you get a divide by 0 error in the CDF calculation.

To get AED into the other GFF3 file, you will have to let MAEKR add it. Give the other file to model_gff along with evidence you want to use (either as pasta files or protein/est off files) and let MAKER calculate AED and add it to your GFF.
