[maker-devel] gff3_preds2models script

Hello,

I want to add gene structure(gene/mRNA/exon) to gff3 file. I am using
gff3_preds2models for this purpose. However I get following error
**WARNING: No top level feature found for ID WHL22.100252
I have attached the sample input gff3 file and the list of ids
