[maker-devel] Segfault during build_fasta_index

Hi

I am getting a segfault in maker somewhere during the build_fasta_index 
step.

I suspect it is happening after some updates I made to bioperl.

Has anyone else experienced something similar, and is there a 
recommended bioperl version?
