[maker-devel] Problem with maker2chado

The error is being thrown by /usr/local/bin/gmod_bulk_load_gff3.pl

It is called by MAKER and is part of the chado install.

Try getting the latest version of chado from the SVN repository and then
reinstalling it.

Command to use --> svn co
https://gmod.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/gmod/schema/trunk chado
