[maker-devel] Fwd: Help in installation of MAKER2

I had problems moving from OS X 10.5 to 10.6 and from 10.6 to 10.7.  All of
which were solved by reinstalling fink (for the right processor ­ 32bit vs
64bit) and all tools and libraries I had from fink.

Carson, Could this be related to the OSX Lion's support for exonerate's
c-libraries? I think I remember you saying there were some difficulties with
that when you upgraded your computer.
