[maker-devel] Exon Type in MAKER GFF Output

Dear Maker developers,

I have a question regarding the GFF output of MAKER. When we look at CDS
and Exon, we do not know whether they are initial, internal, terminal or
single. How can we capture the exon type from MAKER output?
