[maker-devel] Help for Repeat Library Construction

Hello,

I am working on the annotation of the date palm genome using the MAKER pipeline.

I started by following the manual for Repeat Library Construction - Advanced.
I am stuck in 2.1.3.
Indeed, I should use muscle to filter. But I don’t understand what is the file flankingseqfile. How can I obtain it ?

Also, do you hava more information about 2.1.4 and 2.1.5 ?
