[maker-devel] scalar text in maker transcripts

The only time I have seen this is when fgenesh is used as a predictor and
correct_est_fusion=1 is set (it was a bug in trimming long UTR's on fgenesh
models).  Is that how you have your job configured? If so, that particular
bug is fixed in the current MAKER release.

I’ve got some strange characters in my maker transcripts (I used keep
predictions). I opened the file in wordpad

Any ideas what may cause this?
