[maker-devel] regd aed score plot

Dear Concern,
I had used the following script from MAKER-DEVEL
AED_cdf_generator.pl to obtain the plot

I get the following error
readline() on closed filehandle GEN0 at AED_cdf_generator.pl line 69.
AED    scaffold11.gff,    scaffold7.gff
Use of uninitialized value $total in division (/) at AED_cdf_generator.pl
line 43.
Illegal division by zero at AED_cdf_generator.pl line 43.

Can you kindly suggest what could have gone wrong???
