[maker-devel] Maker Virtual Machine Image

Hello,
I am having multiple dependency related and library version issues installing Maker 2.28 on Debian 7
So would like to ask if there is a easy way out?Is there a vm image with Maker available for download from somewhere?
I know about the AWS ami used for 2103 GMOD Maker Tutorial, ami-ea661f83.
But wanted to use the vm locally, which is not possible with AWS ami's.
Any help / pointer in right direction is appreciated.
