[maker-devel] Recommendations for visualization?

Barry, Carson,

Are there any recommendations re: visualizing MAKER-generated GFF3?  I know it’s currently geared towards Apollo integration, but as everything is moving towards Webapollo, attempts at finding the old local client Apollo code are a bit of an archaeological expedition (not to mention Apollo has always been a joy to set up from code :).  Is everyone still trying to use the old Apollo, since it seems to no longer be supported?

At the moment I am really thinking of working on simple scripts to make IGV-friendly input (and possibly similar Artemis for our smaller genome projects), but I don’t want to repeat work already in place.
