[maker-devel] Recommendations for visualization?

This is a VERY good point Chris. I think the new web-apollo is developing into a great tool, but there is now a gapping hole in the area of a desktop application (i.e. no server setup) to view/edit genome annotations. I'd love to hear what others are using. Our group has been using a combination of old Apollo instances, Web-Apollo and Gbrowse.
